Ok I was trying find a way to cook a boston butt that DIDNT involve barbecue sauce. Its too typical and I dont even like the stuff. So I found this and tweaked it a bit to suit me.
After five hours of smoking, remove the butt from the smoker and place on a large sheet of aluminum foil (enough to wrap the butt).
